Happisburgh

The idyllic and peaceful village of Happisburgh on the Norfolk coast is the haunt (pun intended) of one of the most gruesome ghosts I've come across in my researches so far. It takes the form of a legless human torso with its head dangling down its back, attached by a grisly cord of flesh. As you walk the lonely beach here, don't forget to look back over your shoulder from time to time...
